AyuNature Wellness (ANW) is based in New Plymouth, New Zealand and co-founded by Ayurvedic doctors and naturopaths Dr. Aseem Gautam and Dr. Raman Gautam. The wellness centre provides Ayurvedic & naturopathic health services & products to the local and the wider community.

AyuNature is basically a unification of Ayurveda + Naturopathy. The centre believes in healthy foundation and follows the Ayurvedic objective of:

“Swasthasya Swasth Rakshanam! Aturasya Vyadhi Parimokshanam!!” (Sutra 30 verse 26)

This focused consultation takes approx. 30-35 mins, where previous & present health concerns and recommendations are reviewed to achieve the best of the client’s health goals.

Shirodhara

Shirodhara is an Ayurvedic therapy that involves pouring a steady stream of warm oil or other liquids onto the forehead (the “third eye” or “ajna” chakra) for an extended period of time. The word “Shiro” means head and “dhara” means flow in Sanskrit.
